Basil;
Take basil, it helps fight a fever. If you have a fever, you should take it 2-3 times a day. If you have Tulsi juice mixed with water two or three times a day, it is also very effective.
Eating plain basil leaves is also beneficial for cold. Basil oil is rich in vitamin C, carotene, calcium, and phosphorus. It also has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. It also strengthens the digestive system.
Cinnamon;
Cinnamon is found in every Indian kitchen. Along with making any food tasty, it also helps to keep a person healthy and prevents diseases. Tea Recipe;
Add 10 basil leaves, a large piece of cinnamon, 4-5 pieces of cloves, 4-5 pieces of pepper and half-inch of ginger, finely chopped into a glass of water, add sugar or salt according to the test. Boil the water for 5-7 minutes or until it is about a cup and drink it hot like tea. This will strengthen your immune system.
