Coronavirus havoc worldwide - Italy is giving a message. Italian people took this virus very lightly, the result of which is in front of you. If in the beginning itself Coronavirus was taken seriously, then the situation today would not have happened to Italy.



This new virus “coronavirus” started from China and they started living their lives now, fighting a tough battle of more than 3 months, what can happen without a vaccine? how?
Can you tell... No!

China adopted all the tricks that would help not spread the Coronavirus. Such as; Not getting involved in crowds, not shaking hands and offering hugs, weddings, events, staying away from the mall, not going out without need, keeping distance, keeping clean etc.

Let me tell you one more thing that this new coronavirus is not going to spread from air to air but it spreads by touching. There are no vaccines available yet. It’s so dangerous, you all are warned again and again inspite of all the warnings people are found on the streets.

Death isn’t certain with coronavirus, even the ones with positive of this are alive and are being cured. So, don’t run and panic over the rumours that “you’re going to die”.

According to a senior doctor, the person whose immunity system is weak they are in little danger and those whose immune system is powerful, they recover. There is no kit to check it, but if you are restrained, we can get rid of them.

Friends, I am giving you some tips to strengthen the immune system, which are common in your kitchen;
Fruit:

  1. Orange / sweet lime
  2. Pine Apple
  3. Fresh Berry
  4. Papaya
  5. Kiwi
  6. Guava


Vegetables :

  1. Tomato
  2. Carrots
  3. Beats
  4. Spinach/Palak
  5. Cabbage
  6. Cauliflower
  7. Broccoli 
  8. Brinjal
  9. Capsicum


Nuts:

  1. Almond (soaked overnight)
  2. Walnuts



  • Green Tea
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric

Liquids: 2.5 to Liter per day (plain water, coconut water, green tea, fresh homemade vitamin C fruit juice and buttermilk)
