·      For Koftas:
1. Place the mashed potato in a bowl and add almonds, salt, pepper, nutmeg, milk, green onions, flour, and 2 eggs.
·      2 cups potato (boiled), mashed
·      A pinch of nutmeg2. Mix them well and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Now roll them into equal-sized koftas.
·      2 tablespoon milk
·      3/4 cup almonds (crushed)3. Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs separately in different plates.
·      1/2 cup green onions, chopped
·      1 teaspoon refined flour4. Each kofta is covered in flour before being dipped in beaten eggs. After which give them a good roll in the breadcrumbs.
·      1 egg
·      3/4 teaspoon pepper5. Bake the koftas in a 200°C oven until they are golden brown.
·      For crumbing:
·      2 nos eggs6. Serve hot. 
·      Refined flour (for rolling)
·      Dried breadcrumbs (for rolling)
